These terms apply to every booking made at A1Stay dormitories — online on this website or app, or at the counter. By booking or staying with us you agree to them.
1. Bookings
- Beds are booked for 6, 12 or 24 hours, and fresh-up passes for the hours shown at booking. Your stay starts at check-in.
- An online booking that is not paid is held for 30 minutes. If you do not pay or arrive in that time, the bed is released automatically.
- The bed number may change at check-in if needed; you always get a bed of the type you paid for.
- Prices shown on the website include all charges for the bed or pass. Add-ons (locker, kit) are charged separately.
2. Payment
- You can pay by UPI to the dormitory's official UPI ID shown during booking, or at the counter by cash or UPI.
- After paying by UPI online, enter the 12-digit UTR / UPI reference number. Your booking is confirmed once the desk verifies the payment.
- Never pay to any other UPI ID or person claiming to be from A1Stay.
3. Check-in
- Every guest must show an original government photo ID (Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID) at check-in. We record the ID details as required by law.
- We may refuse check-in without a valid ID, to guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or to anyone who behaves in an unsafe way. No refund is due in these cases.
- The women-only floor is for women guests only.
4. Check-out and extra time
- Please check out by the due time shown on your booking.
- Extra time is charged in blocks of 6 hours at the 6-hour price. You can extend from My bookings or at the counter.
5. House rules
- No alcohol, smoking or drugs inside the dormitory.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm – 6 am. Please take phone calls outside the hall.
- Keep your valuables in a locker. We are not responsible for items left outside a locker.
- Damage to beds, lockers or other property will be charged to the guest.
- We may ask a guest who breaks these rules to leave without a refund.

7. Your account
You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone safe and do not share the OTP with anyone — A1Stay staff will never ask for it.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the dormitory clean and safe. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at India have jurisdiction.
